Class Description:
Using a combination of mind-body awareness and articulated dance movements, Jacqueline Boxx guides "Body Language" attendees through working WITH their bodies rather than against in order to become fully present on stage and beyond. This class utilizes an introduction to disability theory, discussion, guided meditation, and dance practice with an emphasis on adaptation for injury and disability. This workshop is designed to be fully accessible.
